What if I need to cancel my appointment?
Life happens! Feel free to call or text me, the sooner the better! We can always reschedule. Leave a voicemail if I'm unable to answer and I'll check it at my soonest ability!
What happens if you cut my pet's quick?
Cutting the quick happens even to the best pet groomers sometimes. The quick will hurt & bleed like a papercut, and I use styptic powder to stop the bleeding. This isn't something that needs vet attention.
What's the difference between filing and trimming?
Trimming is cutting the nail, and there's a higher chance to cut the pet's quick (the vein in their nail). Filing, or dremeling, is grinding the nail down to the quick, which is safer and leaves the nail rounded & less sharp.
Can I bundle with friends to save money?
Absolutely! Invite your pet-parent friends over, throw a pet party! I can get everyone's pets done with the rate of $35 for the first pet, and $20 for each pet done after!
If my pet is aggressive or difficult to complete, will I be charged more?
No, you will not be charged more for your pet's behavior! If for any reason I cannot complete your pet's service, you will not be charged anything.
